Building on its research focuses of digital transformation and organisational development, and software engineering for intelligent systems, the Institute of Digitalisation and Informatics is committed to developing solutions and carrying out research in these specific fields.

We use of state-of-the-art technologies and tools in the field of software engineering and intelligent systems such as big data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Agile methods and innovation techniques like design thinking and lean prototyping foster innovation capability within the institute.

The aim of our research is to develop new, innovative solutions, tools and approaches that bring about improvements in the business environment by means of sustainable information and communication technologies, and provide examples and reference points for businesses, partner organizations and the public sector.
