Project Details

Description

Objective of this project is to develop a Mobile Working Guide (MWG). The MWG will allow organizations to design and implement policies or rulebooks for the optimal use of mobile working. Contents and design of such policies or rulebooks is a cricital success factor for productivity of organizations and satisfaction of its employees when implementing mobile working. Special about the MWG is that companies will be enabled to develop mobile working policies or rulebooks without external help, since the MWG provides all necessary know-how and input required, including a regulatory topic catalogue, best practices and design model and a co-development design process. So, that a company will be able to get it right the first time. Or if a company does allow mobile working already, the MWG can used to optimize an existing mobile working policy or rulebook. This project is funded by the representative chamber of worker of Lower Austria (Arbeiterkammer Niederösterreich).
