Project Details
Description
This research project focuses on the use of Generative AI in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The goal is to identify the most beneficial use cases for Generative AI and to quantify their added value in terms of productivity gains, acceleration of processes, and other measurable improvements. Based on these findings, an evaluation algorithm will be developed in cooperation with MBIT Solutions Limited. This algorithm will enable organisations and institutions—such as chambers of commerce, consulting firms, and IT service providers—to support SMEs in their AI transformation process. With this support, the transformation can be carried out in a more targeted and significantly accelerated manner.
